The snow is as deep as his legs are long.
"Look! Your slide is covered with snow!" I said.
"That's okay," he replied. "I'll just climb up and slide down and push it off with my booty."
And that's exactly what he did. Blue snow shovel in hand, he waded across the yard, climbed up the ladder, and bulldozed his way right through that snow.
Later, he was really happy to climb into warm fuzzy pajamas and sit in the rocking chair next to the warm fireplace.

What a life for a 4 year old!!! The slide looked very inviting. "A" looked like he had a snow blanket on!
