The baking soda? Didn't do so much. Still a big old stain right where the Desitin met the carpet.
I've read that Dawn dish detergent diluted with a lot of water might work.
I've also read that isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) might work.

The toddler -- excuse me, the "Captain" fell asleep in my arms this morning while we were watching the Disney movie Cars. He slept for about an hour. He didn't nap this afternoon, even though I put his butt in the car and just drove around the horse farm area near Annapolis for a while. I let him get some fresh air this afternoon since he's been fever free for 24 hours as of about 2 o clock.
