!Scotch Tape!

For some unfathomable (to me at least) reason, the Resident Toddler thinks the words "Scotch Tape," said quickly and fiercely, are very very funny. We were reading a book called "If you give a mouse a cookie" and there's a part where the mouse needs scotch tape, and he looks at me and blurts out in a growly voice "Scotch Tape! Scotch Tape!", then started laughing as if it was the funniest joke he'd ever heard. Maybe he was just goofy because he did not nap today.

He's now playing the "got your nose" game too.

Oh, and we picked Daycare Lady #2 (cats, hermit crabs, clean/neat/bright play area, bat house, bird feeders) He starts with her on 4 Feb, for at least 6, probably 8 weeks, maybe more or less depending on how things go, and if any better opportunities arise.

New Daycare Lady sounds like the old Hodgepodge Lodge that was once on PBS.

Alex should have a great time exploring all of the new animals!
